Rates include supply, fabrication, transport within Dhaka and installation; VAT excluded; starting rates valid from 16 August 2026. Every rate is a "from" — the final price is fixed in the written quotation after site measurement.
What moves the price
Five leaves carry more hinges, rollers and handles than three — more hardware for the same square feet.
In a bottomless door the top hangers carry the weight, so the hardware is heavier and dearer; in return the floor stays clear.
5 mm is standard; large leaves, children or rooftops call for tempered 6–8 mm — the rate rises, and so does lead time by 7–10 days.
Bronze, black or Woodtech cost more than standard silver.
Openings over 8 ft high or 12 ft wide need heavier sections and extra leaves.
Track setting follows tile level, drains and the threshold — settled at site measurement.
One calculation: a 7 ft × 8 ft balcony door
An opening 7 ft wide and 8 ft high = 56 sft (each side rounded up to the half-foot; here exactly 7 × 8).
| EDF folding door | 56 × ৳1,600 | ৳89,600 |
| Telescopic sliding | 56 × ৳2,250 | ৳1,26,000 |
| Euro model sliding (comparison) | 56 × ৳1,055 | ৳59,080 |
VAT excluded, within Dhaka. Mosquito net, tempered glass or a coloured finish appear as their own lines in the quotation.
How measurement and billing work
- Every opening is measured on site — height first, then width, in millimetres.
- Page one of the quotation is the measurement sheet, with the drawing and cutting list for approval before fabrication.
- The final bill follows site measurement, with a Mushak-6.3 VAT challan. 50 to 60% advance, balance on installation.
- 10 to 15 days for ordinary jobs; add 7 to 10 where glass is tempered. One-year warranty on installation.
