For flats and offices in Gulshan, Banani and Baridhara
Gulshan 1 and 2, Banani, Banani DOHS, Baridhara, Baridhara DOHS, Niketan, Mohakhali — the first reply offers two slots.
Euro model with 6+12+6 mm double glazing from ৳1,290/sft — the usual answer for bedrooms facing Gulshan Avenue, Kemal Ataturk Avenue or the airport road.
Framed glass partitions from ৳365/sft with the door; 10 mm fixed glass in U-channel from ৳370 — fitted outside office hours where the building asks.
Lift booking, staff ID and working hours are agreed with building management; materials arrive cut to size from Mohammadpur, so there is little cutting on site.
For commercial buildings, an itemised schedule per elevation from the architect's drawing before any site visit.

How measurement and billing work
- Every opening is measured on site — height first, then width, in millimetres.
- Page one of the quotation is the measurement sheet, with the drawing and cutting list for approval before fabrication.
- The final bill follows site measurement, with a Mushak-6.3 VAT challan. 50 to 60% advance, balance on installation.
- 10 to 15 days for ordinary jobs; add 7 to 10 where glass is tempered. One-year warranty on installation.
