Quantities are for an ordinary two-leaf window or one door; larger leaves take more rollers and hinges. Brand and model are stated line by line on the quotation; curtain wall and façade hardware is specified from the drawing. Within the one-year installation warranty we adjust or replace rollers, locks and nets ourselves.
What to check when comparing quotations
Adjustable rollers let a sash be re-levelled later; fixed rollers drag once the track wears.
Wool pile is standard; EPDM rubber gaskets (Euro model) keep out more dust and driven rain and do not flatten.
A separate net sash lifts out for washing or replacement; a net fixed in the frame means replacing the whole thing when it tears.
Plated fittings rust in a bathroom; stainless hinges and rails do not — that is what the rate includes.
The floor spring must match the weight of a frameless door; a light spring under a 10 mm glass door sags.

All of it is inside the starting rate; a stainless net or second lock appears as its own line on the quotation.
How hardware is handled
- The quotation lists each system's hardware line by line — brand, model and quantity — so it can be compared.
- Rollers and locks are fitted at fabrication and every sash is run in the workshop; adjusted again after site installation.
- At handover every sash, lock and net is operated in front of you; one-year installation warranty.
- Later, spares from the trade counter — rollers, locks, hinges, nets — with a service call or as parts only.
