Rates include supply, fabrication, transport within Dhaka and installation; VAT excluded; starting rates valid from 16 August 2026. Tempering is done at an outside factory — allow 7 to 10 extra days.
What moves the price
Sliding needs rail and rollers, swing needs glass hinges — hardware is the largest share; a walk-in screen has no door and costs least.
Standard height is 6.5–7 ft; to-ceiling or wider than 6 ft needs heavier fittings and a support bar.
10 mm tempered is standard and non-negotiable; frosted or tinted tempered adds a little.
A corner enclosure has panels on two sides and corner fittings — more than a straight run.
Walls out of plumb or a steep floor slope mean custom cutting and more sealing; picked up at site measurement.
Stainless is standard; black or gold-finish fittings are a separate line.
One calculation: a 7 ft × 5.5 ft enclosure
Height 7 ft, width 5 ft 6 in (fixed panel one side, door the other) = 38.5 sft (each side rounded up to the half-foot; 5.5 ft sits exactly on a half-foot step).

How measurement and billing work
- Every opening is measured on site — height first, then width, in millimetres.
- Page one of the quotation is the measurement sheet, with the drawing and cutting list for approval before fabrication.
- The final bill follows site measurement, with a Mushak-6.3 VAT challan. 50 to 60% advance, balance on installation.
- 10 to 15 days for ordinary jobs; add 7 to 10 where glass is tempered. One-year warranty on installation.
