Rates include supply, fabrication, transport within Dhaka and installation; VAT excluded; starting rates valid from 16 August 2026. Every rate is a "from" — the final price is fixed in the written quotation after site measurement.
What moves the price
1.5 mm sections are heavier and cost more than 1.1 mm; upper floors and large sashes are specified at 1.2–1.5 mm.
KAI, Altech, Alfa, Max and Panda are all Thai-system profiles; they differ in list price and finish quality. The quotation shows the brands side by side.
5 mm clear is standard; tinted or reflective adds a little; 6 mm, tempered or double glazing changes the rate.
Bronze, black, golden, PC white and Woodtech cost more than standard silver.
Small windows cost more per square foot — the lock, rollers and handle are the same — so bathroom and kitchen openings are listed separately.
Upper floors, no lift or scaffold, removal of old frames — each appears as its own line in the quotation.

Opening 1524 × 1219 mm (height × width). Billing uses the standard cutting size, each side rounded up to the next half-foot — here exactly 5 × 4 = 20.00 sft.

How measurement and billing work
- Every opening is measured on site — height first, then width, in millimetres; width at the top and the bottom, the larger governs.
- Page one of the quotation is the measurement sheet, with the drawing and a per-window cutting list for approval before fabrication.
- The final bill follows site measurement, with a Mushak-6.3 VAT challan. 50 to 60% advance, balance on installation.
- 10 to 15 days for ordinary jobs; add 7 to 10 where glass is tempered or double glazed. One-year warranty on installation.
