Mohammadia Housing — doors, windows and glass for an 11-storey building

An 11-storey red-brick residential building at Mohammadia Housing, Mohammadpur. The job was the whole building's aluminium doors and windows — sliding and fixed — and the glass, supplied and installed. The glazed openings you see between the brick fins are ours; the photographs are our own, as taken. It is the first row of our register; the client and the architect are not named.

  1. A per-opening schedule from the architect's drawing or window schedule; signed on the developer's work order.
  2. Site measurement floor by floor once plastering is done; each floor's cutting list approved before fabrication.
  3. Fabrication in batches in our own workshop, installation floor by floor — matched to the construction sequence.
  4. Handover per floor; final bill on actual sizes, Mushak-6.3 challan and a one-year installation warranty.

Do you take whole buildings?
Yes — every floor's doors, windows and glass on this building are ours. On the developer's or contractor's work order, on a floor-by-floor programme.
Do you supply the glass as well?
Yes — here the glass was ours to supply and fit; with frame and glass under one responsibility there is no shared blame for gaps or wrong sizes.
How long does a building take?
It follows the construction sequence — floor by floor after plastering; the programme is written into the work order from the drawings and the number of floors.
Can we visit the building?
It is a private residential building; the photographs on this page are the reference. A site visit can be arranged separately with the residents' consent.
Who was the client or the architect?
We do not publish a client's or an architect's name without written consent; the scope is described in the register's words.
