Most fabricators quote a number. We hand over the measurement sheet, the cutting list and the nesting plan the number came from, so you can check it before anything is cut.

Before you call
The questions we get asked first.
What does the rate per square foot include?
Supply of profile, glass and hardware, fabrication, transport within Dhaka and installation
by our fitters. VAT is excluded and is added on company bills with a Mushak-6.3 challan. Starting rates
are shown on each system above; the itemised quotation follows site measurement.
How is the area measured and billed?
Every opening is measured as built, height first then width, in millimetres. Billing uses the
standard cutting size with each side rounded up to the next half-foot, and the measured area is printed
alongside so you can see both. Left and right flats on a floor are billed alike.
Is the site measurement free?
Yes, anywhere in Dhaka. We do not quote a final figure from a phone measurement; the
measurement sheet becomes page one of the quotation.
Who comes to measure, and when?
Our own fitter measures, at a time agreed on WhatsApp, Saturday to Thursday, 9 am to 7 pm. The measurement sheet from that visit becomes page one of the quotation.
Can you quote from a drawing before a site visit?
Yes. From a floor plan or a window schedule (height × width, quantity) we return a per-opening schedule with the billed sft and the rate per square foot; the final quotation follows site measurement.
How long does a job take?
Ten to fifteen days for ordinary sliding, folding, mirror and shelf work. Add seven to ten days
where glass is tempered or double glazed, because that is processed at an outside factory. Imported
hardware runs to about sixty days; a whole floor of Euro-model windows is scheduled over several months.
What are the payment terms?
Fifty to sixty per cent advance on confirmation, balance on delivery and installation.
Larger projects are staged against milestones, agreed in the quotation.
What warranty do you give?
One year on installation-related defects from the date of handover, and one year on hardware
service. Royton copper-free mirror carries the maker's ten-year coating warranty.
I am a fabricator. Can I buy materials only?
Yes. KAI, Altech, EDF, Alfa, Max and Panda profile by the bar, glass cut to size from our own
stock, and imported hardware. Trade rates on request with quantities, and the
material calculator is free to use.
Will I see the cutting list before you cut?
Yes. The drawing and per-window cutting list are shared for approval before fabrication starts,
and the final bill is against site measurement, not the estimate.
Is 'Thai glass' the same as a Thai aluminium window?
Yes. In Dhaka 'Thai glass' is the everyday name for a sliding window made from Thai-pattern aluminium profile with glass fitted into it. Our rate from ৳650 per sft covers the profile, 5 mm glass, hardware, mosquito net and installation; the Euro model and double glazing are priced separately.
